RAINBREW

Introducing brewed Korean rice wine. Korean alcohol is called sool. The most famous types of sool are soju, a clear liquor, and makgeolli, a cloudy rice wine. Many sool makers call themselves “brewers” and their creations “brews”, even though some of the aspects of the process and final products resemble wine.

You can call us a brewery and a winery. We’re a little bit of both and totally our own thing.
