For almost 40 years, Redmond-based chef and cookbook author, Lisa Dupar, has gained a reputa­tion for creating culinary experiences, inspired by her Southern roots, classic training and modern techniques while engaging local Washington and her favorite Southern artisans. Alongside Lisa Dupar Catering and Pomegranate Bistro, Café Dupar has the mission to share locally sourced, fresh flavors and nourish community through food and hospitality.
